重要的注意事項：

•    本測試的結果並不能當作診斷[失智症] 或是 有關任何[記憶障礙]的依據.

•    本測試只是提供自行的檢測,若有相關問題可以透過網路信箱留言的方式發問,有專人回覆問題.

•    若強烈懷疑有[記憶方面問題],請尋求神經內科醫師的專業意見.

Important notification:

1.      The computerized memory test alone could not be diagnosis tool for dementia or any disorder associated with memory problem.

4.      If you highly doubt that you’ve got a problem of memory, do visit neurologists for further information.
