When life was tough on us and we were all alone… CTH Hospice Unit came in and guided us through the ups and downs and help us to see a blue sky where before there was a cloudy day, Even when we are at our worst, you have always been there for us days and nights, willing to listen and help us with whatever we need.
Thank you for holding our hand on the bad days, we know we had our fair share of them but you have never wanted to give up. Saying “thank You” is not enough to express all the gratitude we fell to you, so we are sincerely grateful from the bottom of our heart for everything you have given to our father on his last stage journey of life.
Hospice Unit are truly a blessing from God. We cherish and celebrate your 25 years of wonderful commitment to the service and thank you for being so many family’s partner and friend.
